Sophie Van Der Zee, Ph.D. and Vincent Denault, Ph.D., LL.M., have started the Deception Research Society, a new initiative whose objective is, among others, to foster dialogue between deception researchers and promote scientific knowledge to the public. The website is : http://deceptionresearchsociety.org

The first event is a conference on April 6, from 4 to 5 pm, UK time (11 am to Noon EDT). The invited researchers are Norah Dunbar (University of California, Santa Barbara, USA), Tim Levine (University of Alabama at Birmingham, USA), Jaume Masip (University of Salamanca, Spain), and Victoria Talwar (McGill University, Canada)
