COSO’s 2004 Enterprise Risk Management-Integrated Framework is one of the world’s most widely used risk management frameworks. Since 2004 however, markets and business landscapes have continued to evolve and the 2017 COSO Enterprise Risk Management Framework has been updated to reflect that evolution.
The session will provide insights, examples, and practical suggestions based on the updated Framework:
- Why update the enterprise risk management framework now?
- What are the main changes in the 2017 framework?
- What are a couple practical updates every ERM program should consider?
